Dr. Luciana Young

Dr. Luciana Young, MD, FASE, FAHA, FACC is a Professor of Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is the Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at Seattle Children’s Hospital and has coauthored nearly 60 peer-reviewed journal articles, many of which focus on imaging and Marfan syndrome. Dr. Young is a member of the Professional Advisory Board for the Marfan Foundation, a non-profit organization that advocates to improve quality of life and improve long-term outcomes for individuals with genetically triggered aortic conditions including Marfan, Loeys-Dietz, and Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndromes.
