Dr. Stacey Drant
Biography
Dr. Drant is a Professor of Pediatric Cardiology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and serves as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Combined Cardiology and Genetics Connective Tissue Diseases Program. She has previously served as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Echocardiography Labs at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital in addition to serving as a site PI for the PHN Pediatric Marfan Trial. In her current clinical role as a Pediatric Cardiologist, Dr. Drant specializes in caring for patients with connective tissue diseases involving the cardiovascular system and non-invasive Imaging as well as the diagnosis and management of patients with complex congenital heart disease. Additionally, Dr. Drant is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine allowing her to pursue her interest in the interaction between lifestyle and outcomes in patients with connective tissue disorders affecting the cardiovascular system.
