Dr. Michael DiLorenzo

Biography
Michael DiLorenzo MD, MSCE, FASE is a pediatric cardiologist and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons /Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. He completed his pediatric cardiology fellowship and subspecialty training in non-invasive imaging at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. During that time, he received a T32 research training grant and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology (MSCE) at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He specializes in non-invasive imaging, including cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography. He is co-director of the Pediatric Comprehensive Marfan Clinic and has research interests in non-invasive markers of myocardial disease in patients with congenital heart disease and aortopathies.
